The New Marketing Funnel
Wednesday, September 30, 2026 | 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
AI rewrote how customers find you, size you up and decide. Buyers now ask a chatbot before they ever type your name into Google, and they arrive at your site having already compared you to three competitors you didn’t know were in the running. Join us on Wednesday, September 30, for a FREE evening event to learn all about the new marketing funnel.
What To Expect
The awareness-consideration-decision path marketers are used to following? It’s broken. Now, AI has reimagined the marketing funnel we all used to know and love. Our presentation will cover:
- The first impression you no longer control, and how to shape it anyway
- What to hand off to AI without quietly losing the sale
- The work AI still can’t fake: strategy, taste and trust
- And more

WHAT AI CHANGED, AND WHAT IT NEVER WILL
Meet The Speakers

Amanda Schomaker, Head of Growth
Amanda Schomaker is Head of Growth at 1905 New Media, an Inc. 5000-recognized agency, where she leads business development, client strategy and retention, and helps the leadership team put AI to work across the business. She came up through design, earned an MBA from Washington University’s Olin Business School, and spent 20+ years moving between the creative side and the strategy side until the line between them stopped mattering. Amanda’s worked both inside organizations and led the agencies that serve them, an overlap that shapes how she thinks about strategy, what clients actually need and where growth tends to break down.

Kaysha Hanock, Director of Digital Marketing
Kaysha Hanock has spent more than 20 years in digital marketing, all of it agency side, where every client is a different puzzle and the answer is always in the data. As Director of Digital Marketing at 1905 New Media, she oversees strategy and team execution across SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, content development, analytics, and AI-driven optimization for clients spanning healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and e-commerce. Today, Kaysha is focused on helping businesses show up in a world where the answer arrives before the link by building AI Optimization (AEO) strategies, structured data frameworks and the infrastructure that makes brands visible to large language models, not just search engines. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Truman State University and an MBA in services marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Before You Go
Want a head start on the conversation? Kaysha broke down one of the biggest shifts we’ll cover in a recent post on Google AI Overviews. The short version: 31% of AI Overview citations now come from pages ranked outside Google’s top 100, which means the “get to page one” playbook stopped being the whole game. Her post explains why it happened, what Gemini changed in January, and the three signals that decide whether AI cites you at all.
