Nashville is booming. With new residents and businesses arriving daily, demand is high — and expectations are even higher. 5 City Blvd set out to meet that moment: a 360,000 SF Class A office building designed to redefine what a workplace could look like in one of the country’s fastest-growing cities.

Before the first tenant tours could happen, the development team needed a brand that could stand out in a competitive leasing market, signal long-term value to brokers and tenants, and bring energy to a space still under construction.

Bringing the Vision to Life

To bridge the gap between concept and reality, we developed a suite of branded materials for on-site use. Custom signage and thoughtfully designed print collateral helped bring the brand to life in a space that was still under construction. For the launch event, we created handouts and leave-behinds that highlighted the building’s key features, giving the leasing team everything they needed to make a strong, lasting impression. Every detail was crafted to spark interest, build trust, and move the leasing conversation forward.
