Nevéseno

Problem
The client tasked us with naming, branding, and launching three mid-rise apartment buildings on Chicago’s near South Side, properties located within steps of each other and envisioned to share a quiet, insider connection while retaining distinct identities. Midway through the process, the strategy shifted. The first building evolved into a more elaborate, high-profile project, prompting a standalone approach. With the architect introducing the name “Nevéseno,” our challenge became clear: create a bold, premium brand identity and market position for Nevéseno that could stand on its own while leaving the door open for a future relationship with the other properties.

Solution
“Nevéseno” draws its origin from the building’s address “1717 North Michigan” spelling “One Seven” backwards. From this clever starting point, we set out to craft a sophisticated, high-end brand worthy of a luxury residential experience. Collaborating closely with the developer, in-house interior designers, and the architect, we built a mood board that informed every creative decision. The identity began with a refined logo, which evolved into a full brand system. This brand foundation powered every touchpoint of our marketing plan. Starting with an initial landing page to a full lead-generation website, on-site signage, and a comprehensive print and digital collateral campaign – ensuring Nevéseno launched with both style and strategic impact.
Building a Lifestyle, Not Just a Residence
With the brand in place, every touchpoint immersed prospects in the Nevéseno experience. The website paired elegance with function, capturing leads while showcasing architectural and interior details. Signage, print, and digital campaigns extended the brand’s reach, targeting the right audience and reinforcing its presence. Together, these elements built a seamless, aspirational narrative positioning Nevéseno as not just a residence, but a statement of elevated urban living.
