The team behind Atlanta staple Marlow’s Tavern set out to make their specialties resonate with a younger and faster generation. They secured a location in the emerging Westside Village and prepared to introduce a restaurant concept that blended worldly flavors with a farm-to-table approach. Launching a new restaurant in the middle of a pandemic presented unique challenges. The brand needed to stand apart in a crowded dining scene while appealing to a younger audience with different expectations.
