Challenge
A private island in Turks and Caicos was set for a complete redevelopment that included homes, condominiums, hotels and a marina. The vision was ambitious and required a strong brand presence to attract buyers and investors to a destination still in progress. Buyers needed to be convinced not only of the development’s quality but also of the location’s accessibility and long-term value. The collateral had to appeal across multiple product types at different price points while remaining flexible enough to adapt to constant changes in the project plan.

Solution
We developed a unified branding system that positioned the island as both aspirational and attainable. This included creating a single marketing system that carried the weight of the entire redevelopment vision and successfully generated excitement around the future of the island. We developed a main identity supported by secondary identities for each product type, as well as a central collateral piece designed to define the location and highlight accessibility. The team set up a plan for economical short-run printing that allowed for updates as the project evolved.
