John Meilink-Thomson, President of 1905 New Media

John leads 1905 New Media with a blend of heart, vision and entrepreneurial drive. As the fourth-generation owner, he has expanded a legacy print shop into a forward-thinking integrated marketing agency, earning the company a spot on the Inc. 5000 list. Deeply committed to the St. Louis business community, John serves on the board of Entrepreneurs’ Organization St. Louis, where he mentors fellow entrepreneurs as the Accelerator Chair.

Mike Kozeny, Vice President of Kozeny-Wagner, Inc.

Mike Kozeny is Vice President of Kozeny-Wagner, Inc., a St. Louis-based construction services firm proudly celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. A second-generation owner, Mike brings extensive experience in both commercial and civil construction projects. He is actively involved in several industry organizations and has served on numerous local nonprofit boards. Mike currently serves as the 110th President of the Missouri Athletic Club.

Rachel Herren, President of Hess Equipment Solutions

Rachel Herren is a seasoned leader in the commercial food equipment industry. She brings strategic insight and a customer-first mindset to Hess Equipment Solutions as their third-generation leader. Rachel is passionate about supporting food service businesses across the Midwest through long-term partnerships focused on consulting, service and training. Her work empowers clients to maximize uptime and deliver consistent product every day.
